              Us Eric Fraad – Co-founder and President
 
 Eric has been active in theater and music his entire life.
              While still in junior high school he formed a comedy and theater
              producing team with Roy Firestone, which gained great notoriety
              amongst 13 and 14 year olds in Miami Beach, Florida. Though
              all downhill from there subsequent creative attempts include founding
              and leading Opera at the Academy, New York's most innovative
              and celebrated opera producing organization of the 1980's and
              early 1990's; co-founding Millennial Arts Productions with Paula
                Heil Fisher and acting as the company's artistic director
              and stage director for  Pulcinella, Esther  and Messiah ;
              serving as chief executive officer and artistic director of The
              Ark in Dublin, Europe's first and most celebrated cultural centre
              for children.

 Eric has worked at festivals,
                theater and opera company's in Europe and America including Holland
                Festival Oude Muziek, Tage Alter Muzik Regensburg, Festival d'Automne
                (Geneva), English National Opera, Opera North (Leeds), The Old
                Vic, Opéra National Belgique, San Francisco Opera, San Diego
                Opera, Saint Louis Opera Theatre, Santa Fe Opera, Central City
                Opera, Pennsylvania Opera Theatre, Los Angeles Opera Theatre, Hidden
                Valley Opera Ensemble (Carmel, CA.), Soho Rep, etc. To create further
                ambiguity he holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with a
                major in corporate finance. Presently Eric lives in Dublin Ireland
                with his wife, the singer, Caitríona O'Leary, and their
                two boys Davy and Zack.
