P.H. Fisher, Writer/Director/Producer
P.H. Fisher worked as a producer on projects such as Broadway’s
hit musical revival “Damn Yankees”, David Mamet’s
Oleanna, Rogers and Hart Rediscovered, Stephen Sondheim’s
Into the Woods. As a writer, she has written screenplays, stage
plays, has been published in numerous publications and authored
a book for Simon and Schuster. She co-founded the company, Millennial
Arts Productions (M.A.P.) that is known for its innovative productions
of classical and operatic repertoire. She directed the film, Finding
Eleazar, which was a feature selection of the Tribeca Film Festival,
the Montreal World Festival Of Films, Savannah Film Festival, and
Boston/Haifa Film Festival.

Ms. Fisher is the producer and director of the new feature length
documentary about an Olympic equestrian hero and his dazzling
horse, Royal Kaliber.
In April 2007, she produced
a staged production of Bach's 1st cantata, Christ Lag in Todes
Banden, for the 300th anniversary of its premiere starring Caitriona
O'Leary.
P.H. Fisher has written the libretto
for the new opera Wuthering Heights, composed by Frederic Chaslin. |
